Legionella Risk Assessment Quality Manager

As part of a continued growth strategy 3C currently have the following vacancies:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a well-established, successful water hygiene / treatment company in a management role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the “Legionella Risk Assessment” service provided by the business and for ensuring the correctness and quality of all reports prior to handover.

The role will include (but may not be limited to)

·Checking Legionella risk assessment documents for technical content and written presentation.

·Quoting for works recommended within the assessments (with the aid of our installation team where required).

·Dealing with new client enquiries.

·Scheduling site visits & planning works to meet with contract KPIs.

·Spreadsheet/Database Management.

·Assisting with the continuous development of the company approach to the “Legionella Risk Assessment” service provision.

·Staff Training.

·Working with the Directors to streamline and improve efficiencies.

Extensive on-site experience of risk assessing domestic hot and cold water systems and a very strong understanding of all relevant legal guidance documents and industry standards is essential.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following core skills:

·An ability to create detailed reports to a high standard with correct grammar and effective use of language.

·Computer literacy - a strong understanding of Microsoft Office as a minimum.

·The ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and e-mail with all customers and colleagues.

·Problem solving skills.

·The enthusiasm and energy to apply the above skills with a positive attitude at all times.

·Excellent time management skills providing the ability to work to sometimes difficult deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Starting Salary: £28 -35K 

Water Hygiene Technicians - Experienced and Trainees

Experienced Technicians - Minimum of 2yrs experience required to predominantly cover East London and The City, Salary: 22 - 28k

Water Hygiene Technicians - Minimum of 1yrs experience required to cover all areas, salary: 20 - 25k

Trainee Technicians - No experience required, just a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude, Salary: 16 - 18k

The role will initially involve visiting multiple sites to undertake water system monitoring tasks which could include temperature recording, inspection of plant, cleaning and disinfection of hot and cold water services, water sampling and any other duties as required by the business. 

The work will include the use of ladders & can be physically demanding at times.

The successful candidate will gain a broad base of training and site experience in Water Treatment and Hygiene. A structured progression through technician grades and excellent long term career development opportunities are available.

Applicants will be expected to possess the following skills:

Strong report writing & communication skills

Hold a Full UK driving licence

WATER HYGIENE TECHNICIAN TRAINEE / APPRENTICE

This position would ideally suit someone with an understanding or interest in water systems & although not essential a basic plumbing qualification ,

The role will initially involve visiting multiple sites to undertake water system monitoring tasks which could include temperature recording, inspection of plant, cleaning and disinfection of hot and cold water services, water sampling and any other duties as required by the business.  The work will include the use of ladders & can be physically demanding at times.

Applicants will be expected to possess the following skills:

Good report writing & communication skills

Hold a Full UK driving licence

The successful candidate will gain a broad base of training and site experience in Water Treatment and Hygiene. A structured progression trough technician grades and excellent long term career development opportunities are available.

Starting Salary: £14-18K + Benefits
