Air management and monitoring
3C offer an effective management and monitoring service to
ensure compliance with current legislation and guidance as detailed
in the following:
Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations and ACOP L24:1992
HVCA TR/17. Cleanliness of Ventilation Systems :1998
CIBSE TN26:2000. Hygienic maintenance of office ventilation
ductwork
BSRIA Technical note TN 2/2002. Building-related Sickness causes,
effects and ways to avoid it.
Air quality risk assessment
3Cs innovative approach involves an initial assessment
of the air supply system to enable an informed decision to be made
about the Health & Safety risks associated with each air system
on site. This assessment could involve ductwork inspections, deposit
thickness testing, environmental monitoring and finally microbial
sampling.
Any preventative measure required to minimise health
risks are then documented in a comprehensive report.
To ensure routine compliance with latest HSE
guidance, a Building Air Quality Action Plan would then be implemented
to ensure that a safe and healthy internal environment is maintained.
